Job Title: Software Developer I
Description: Tech S2 Inc is seeking
a Software Developer to work on our ISSIS and / or CaseScribe® software products
as well as our customized software development activities. For more information

Software development activities include designing and developing software in VB.NET,
C#.NET for both the web (using ASP.NET) or desktop applications within a Visual
Studio 2005 development environment. Additional responsibilities involve working
with MS SQL Server 2005 and could additionally include embedded software development
on Smart Phones and other similar devices as well as application development on
Tablet PC's.
Required: Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Visual Studio
.NET. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good
analytical and problem solving skills. Responsible and
self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Detail
oriented, with a high standard of quality. Java and C++ helpful, but not required.
Job Title: Software Developer II
Description: Tech S2 Inc is
seeking an experienced, talented and enthusiastic individual to work on our ISSIS
software products. The ISSIS product line includes web, desktop and
mobile user interfaces and provides Human Services agencies the ability to integrate
all of a client's services into a single application. ISSIS also allows
a single case manager to view a client's complete record and provides a role based,
customizable security model. With ISSIS , Case Workers receive reminders
for their client's appointments, can dictate voice notes from any location, which
are immediately transcribed and placed in the client record, and have real-time
access to a client's data from any location on a tablet PC or laptop computer.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing existing software components,
designing and developing new software components for both the web, desktop and mobile
products for the ISSIS application. Additional responsibilities involve
working with MS SQL Server 2005 to perform database operations required by ISSIS
.
The ideal candidate would not only be very technically capable but will also be
highly motivated and
enthusiastic to develop world-class software products and services,
possess superior organizational and communications skills and be customer focused
and driven.
Required: Bachelors in Computer
Science, Electrical Engineering or related
discipline. 3 to 7 years of experience
developing enterprise level, database driven web and desktop software applications.
Experience with Visual Studio.NET and Microsoft technologies. Candidates must
possess strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills and be highly motivated
to produce world class software products. Candidates must be able to work
in both a team and individual work environment, be customer driven and passionate
about developing high quality software products.
