How does CaseScribe work?

SET UP:  Our easy to use setup only requires that you log on to www.casescribe.com, register for an account, download the CaseScribe software, then train the system online to recognize your voice. 

DICTATE:  With CaseScribePDA -- dictate remotely using a Windows Mobile handheld PDA (with wireless Internet capability) or PDA phone (with Internet capability).  With CaseScribePC -- dictate at an internet-connected, Windows-based PC or laptop, using a headset microphone, or any digital voice recording device (with PC connectivity), and a standard internet browser.  Whenever you want to dictate, click CaseScribe icon on yourwireless PDA, PDA phone, or desktop PC, dictate, click send, and your voice files are then securely uploaded to the CaseScribe servers, where they are immediately transcribed, stored, and ready for review online at www.casescribe.com.

ACCESS:  With CaseScribe, users are able to securely access their transcriptions online at any time, from any location, using a PC with a standard web browser and high-speed Internet access.  Transcriptions can even be viewed on a PDA handheld.  Using the CaseScribe web site, users, or their staff, can securely review, edit, and email their transcriptions -- even listen to the original dictation.  In addition, with a click of the mouse, the transcription text can be place into an electronic medical, legal, or financial records system.  Transcriptions can be edited by the existing office staff, transcriptionist, or by the speaker, thus improving office productivity while cutting transcription costs and errors.  With CaseScribe you can manage all your transcriptions online from your laptop or desktop computer.
